62. In regulation 14(6)(b) of the Child Support (Arrears, Interest and Adjustment of Maintenance Assessments) Regulations 1992(1) (late application for revision) for “a Child Support Commissioner” substitute “the Upper Tribunal”.
S.I. 1992/1816. Regulation 14 was substituted by article 28 of the Social Security Act 1998 (Commencement No 7 and Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/1510) and revoked for certain purposes by regulation 14(1) of the Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/3185).
