166. The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Consolidation) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.
S.I. 2001/3455 Regulations 2(1), 16(f) and 26 were amended, and Parts A and B substituted, by regulations 2, 3 and 14 to 17 of the Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/3346).
