EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes and replaces the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000 (S.I.2000/1346), the Air Navigation (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2000 (S.I.2000/3246) and the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2002 (S.I.2002/1078). It applies in Jersey, with the modifications specified in the Schedule to the Order, most of the provisions of the Air Navigation Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/1970), as amended up to the date of the making of this Order.
