Citation, interpretation and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
(3) Articles 2, 5, 6 and 7 of this Order extend to England and Wales except that—
(a)article 2(m) extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; and
(b)insofar as article 2 or 7 bring into force an amendment, repeal or revocation of any enactment, it had the same extent as that enactment.
