Amendment of the Personal Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) Regulations 1987

2.—(1) The Personal Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) Regulations 1987(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) In regulation 3(2) (manner of calculation and verification of cash equivalents)(2), after “realisable value” insert “at the date of calculation”.
