The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 20061.

Citation1

This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008.

Amendment of Order2

The Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 20082 is amended as follows.

In article 3(2) for “1st October 2008” substitute “31st October 2008”.
