Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations under the powers conferred by section section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 19731.
In accordance with section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973, the Treasury consents to the making of these Regulations.
Title and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Fees) (England) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 22nd September 2008.
