Until the appointment of a Chief Executive under paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 the powers of the Board in paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 (remuneration etc of members) and paragraph 10 of Schedule 15 (remuneration etc of members) to make payments may be exercised by the Lord Chancellor.
