Modification of provisions6
Until paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 comes into force, section 180 shall have effect—
a
to apply sections 69 and 70 as they are modified by articles 4 and 5 of this Order;
b
as if for the words “an approved regulator” there were substituted “a designated regulator (as defined in paragraph 2(2) and (3) of Schedule 22)”; and
c
as if “(5)” were omitted from paragraph (b).
