The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 240(10) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007(1), makes the following Regulations:

2007 c.28. In accordance with subsection (2) of section 14, subsection (1) of that section is to be read with section 15.
