1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 29th August 2008.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 2005(1).
