The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 167, 168, 171 and 172(2) of the Transport Act 2000(1)
In accordance with section 170 of that Act she has consulted with representatives of those whom she considers likely to be affected by the Order.
