PART 17 U.K. LLPs: SUPPLEMENTARY AND INTERPRETATION

54.  Section 1172 applies to LLPs [F1 for the purposes of these Regulations], modified so that it reads as follows—

“References to requirements of this Act

1172.   References in the provisions of this Act applied to LLPs to the requirements of this Act include the requirements of regulations and orders made under it.”
