Part III of Schedule B (policeman’s ill-health pension) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 5(1), for “he could be required to retire on account of age” substitute “he attained his relevant voluntary retirement age or, where he would not have a relevant voluntary retirement age, until the age of 65”.
