Amendment of section 65
In section 6 (further powers of the Education Committee)—
a
in subsection (1), for “university or other body” substitute “body or combination of bodies”;
b
in subsection (2), for “university or body specified in section 4(3) above” substitute “body or combination of bodies included in the list maintained under section 4(1)”; and
c
in subsection (5), omit the words from “and shall also” to the end of that subsection.
