For the transaction of relevant business by the public under the Act the Office shall be open—
a
on Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and midnight; and
b
on Saturday between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm,
unless the day is an excluded day (see rule 15).

For the transaction of all other business by the public under the Act the Office shall be open on Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm unless the day is an excluded day (see rule 15).

In this rule and in rule 15 “relevant business” means the filing of any application or other document.
