3. The repeals referred to in article 2(e) shall not have effect in relation to—
(a)a board of inquiry under section 135 of the Army Act 1955 or of the Air Force Act 1955 convened before 1st October 2008, or
(b)an inquiry under section 137 of either of those Acts which was begun before that date.
