Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49 and 51(1) of the Road Traffic Act 19881 and by virtue of the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 19882.

In accordance with section 195(2) of that Act she has consulted with such representative organisations as she thinks fit.
