These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 7th July 2008.

In these Regulations “the 1999 Regulations” means the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 19998.
