The immediate container, if any, of a cosmetic product purchased by an enforcement authority shall not have been opened by, on behalf of or at the request of the enforcement authority before the purchase takes place and the container shall not thereafter be opened except in accordance with paragraph 5.3 of Part I of Annex A and paragraph 1.2 of Part II of Annex A.U.K.
