84.  In Article 49 of the Airports (Northern Ireland) Order 1994 M1 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (3)—

(a)omit sub-paragraph (l), and

(b)after sub-paragraph (u) add—

“(v)the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(w)the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
