79.  In Schedule 15D M1 (Disclosures) to the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 in paragraph 16—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (h), and

(b) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(j) the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(k) the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
