115.—(1) In the Schedule to the Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 2007 M1, Part 3 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading “Consumer and business protection”—
(a)omit the words “Textile Products (Determination of Composition) Regulations 2006”;
(b)after the entry for the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2006 M2 insert—
“Textile Products (Determination of Composition) Regulations 2008
Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008
Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
