In Schedule 3—
a
omit the words “Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations 1988”;
b
add after “General Product Safety Regulations 2005”—
Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
