Amendment of the International Criminal Court Act 2001
5.—(1) The International Criminal Court Act 2001 (c. 17) is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 7 (domestic provisions not applicable to ICC prisoners) in paragraph 3(2) at the end insert—
“Chapter 4 of Part 2 to the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (release on licence of certain prisoners).”.
