The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 166(2)(c) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(1):
1994 c.33. Section 166(2)(c) was substituted by section 10 of the Football (Offences and Disorder) Act 1999 (c.21) and amended by paragraph 20 of Schedule 3 to the Football (Disorder) Act 2000 (c.25). Section 166(2)(c) was also amended by section 53(3)(c) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (c.38) to be commenced on 6th April 2007 by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/ ). The powers in section 166(2)(c) are extended by section 166(2A) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (as inserted by section 53(4) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006).
