Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 19931.
In accordance with paragraph 2(4) of Schedule 3A to that Act she has received an application made for the purpose by the bodies proposing to participate in the joint scheme, namely the Arts Council of England, the Big Lottery Fund, the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund and the English Sports Council.
