Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance

13.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£62.25” substitute “£64.50”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£41.65” substitute “£43.15”;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c) for “£16.50” substitute “£17.10”;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£43.45” substitute “£45.00”; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£16.50” substitute “£17.10”.
