EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force, on 6th April 2007, section 165 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (c. 33). This section inserts sections 107A and 198A into the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (c. 48).
