Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 20051, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2007 and comes into force on 7th March 2007.
Appointment of Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England2.
The person named in the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England.
