Regulation 3 of the 2005 Regulations permits the continued use, before 1st April 2007, of the form that was replaced by the 2005 Regulations.

These Regulations amend the date in regulation 3 of the 2005 Regulations so as to enable the form that was replaced by the 2005 Regulations to continue to be used until 1st October 2007.
