Commencement of provisions E+W

2.  The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 6th March 2007—

(a) paragraphs 5 to 9 of Schedule 4 (making minor amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1));

(b) paragraphs 14 to 19 of Schedule 4 (making minor amendments to the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003(2));

(c) Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the extent it is not already in force (repealing certain provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990); and

(d) Part 9 of Schedule 5 to the extent it is not already in force.
