The Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in the exercise of powers conferred upon him by section 291 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 19972, and section 189(4) of the Social Security Administration Act 19923, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has obtained the agreement of the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations need not be referred to it.
