42.  In regulation 3(3)(e) of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002(1), for “the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994”, substitute (in relation to England and Wales) “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
