30. For the definition of “site licence” in article 2(1) of the Radioactive Substances (Hospitals) Exemptions Order 1990(1), substitute (in relation to England and Wales)—

““site licence” means an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007;”.
