29. In article 4(2) of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order 1985 M1 for the words “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994”, substitute (in relation to England and Wales) “regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
