Schedule 2 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995147 is amended (in relation to England and Wales) as follows.

After paragraph 5(i) insert—

ia
an offence under regulation 38(1)(a) or 38(1)(b) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 committed in relation to a waste operation (within the meaning of those Regulations).
