Title, commencement and application1
These Regulations—
a
may be cited as the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 2007;
b
come into force—
i
in the case of regulation 31(2), on 1st January 2010; and
ii
otherwise, on 11th January 2008; and
c
apply in relation to England only.
