Revocation of spent transitional adaptations10

The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of provisions brought into force by this Order on 6th April 2008) are revoked with effect from that date—

a

in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 20066, paragraphs 3, 5(2)(b), 5(3)(a)(ix), 5(3)(b), 10, 11 and 12(3);

b

in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 20077, paragraphs 3 to 5, 10, 13(2)(a) and 15 to 18.

The following provisions (which make transitional adaptations that are no longer needed as a result of provisions brought into force by this Order on 1st October 2008) are revoked with effect from that date—

a

in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2006, paragraph 2;

b

in Schedule 1 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007, paragraphs 6 to 9, 11 and 12;

c

paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to this Order.

The revocation by this article of a spent transitional adaptation is subject to the same transitional provisions and savings as apply, in accordance with Schedule 4 to this Order, in relation to the repeal of the provisions of the 1985 Act or 1986 Order referred to in the adaptation.
