Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 4(2) and 5(9) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following order:
1967 c.13. Section 4 was substituted by the Parliamentary and Health Service Commissioners Act 1987 (c.39), section 1(1). Section 5(9) was inserted by the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1994 (c.14), section 1(1).
