The Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, in exercise of the powers in section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 19661, has made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (“the Regulations”) set out in the Schedule to the following Order.
Under section 25(1) of that Act, the Regulations do not have effect unless approved by order of the Privy Council.
In exercise of the power in section 25(1) and (2) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, their Lordships make the following Order:
