Commencement on 3rd December 20072.
The following provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 shall come into force on 3rd December 2007—
(a)
Section 163 (3);
(b)
Section165 (2) & (3);
(c)
Section 166 (2); and
(d)
Schedule 14 paragraphs 1, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), 7, 8(a) and 8(b), 11, 12(a) and (b) and (c) and 14.
