For the purposes of the definition of “professional fund-raiser” in Part 2 of the 1992 Act (as amended by paragraph 90(3) of Schedule 8 to the 2006 Act) and of section 60A of the 1992 Act to the extent that that section is brought into force by article 3 of this Order only.

For the purposes of section 45 of the 2006 Act in so far as that section is brought into force by article 3 of this Order only.

Definitions for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of the 2006 Act

For the purposes of the definition of “professional fund-raiser” in Part 2 of the 1992 Act (as amended by paragraph 90(3) of Schedule 8 to the 2006 Act) and of section 60A of the 1992 Act to the extent that that section is brought into force by article 3 of this Order, the definitions of: “collector”, “proceeds” and “promoter” only.
