The Reinsurance Directive Regulations 2007 No. 3253

Citation, commencement and interpretation U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Reinsurance Directive Regulations 2007 and come into force on 10th December 2007.

(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1).
