32.  In regulation 1(2)(1), in paragraph (c) of the definition of “registration authority” and in paragraphs (e) and (f) of the definition of “the respondent”, for “the Secretary of State for Education and Skills” substitute “the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families”.
