Title, application, commencement and cessation

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.6) Regulations 2007;

(b) apply in England;

(c) come into force at 8.00 p.m. on 31st October 2007; and

(d) cease to have effect on 15th December 2007.
