Commencement

2.  Subject to article 3, the following provisions of the Act come into force on the day following the day on which this Order is made—

(a) Part 1 (structural and boundary change in England);

(b) Schedule 1; and

(c) the entries in Part 1 of Schedule 18, and section 241 so far as relating to that Part of that Schedule.
