1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2007, and shall come into force on 1st December 2007.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 1986 Regulations” means the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986(1).
