The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19 and 54 of the Education Act 1997(1), makes the following Regulations:
1997 c. 44; section 19(3) was substituted by paragraph 213 of Schedule 30 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31). For the meaning of “regulations”, see section 56(1).
