52.  In section 18 of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (conciliation), in subsection (1) (which specifies the proceedings and claims to which the section applies) M1 —

(a) omit the word “or” at the end of paragraph (r); and

(b) after paragraph (s) insert—

“or

(t) under regulation 45 or 51 of the Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007.”.
